Emonio App: Update Version 1.7.0

The Emonio app has been updated to version v1.7.0 and brings some new features with it. The company name has been changed from BEI to Emonio, which is reflected throughout the app. The appearance and operation of various elements have been optimized to improve user-friendliness. In addition, the time zone table was updated to fix possible errors in the time display.
