New license model
We are introducing the new licensing model for our ProEmonio analytics platform. With the new pricing plans, our customers can purchase a license tailored to their specific use case, meaning they only pay for what they need. The new licensing model comes into effect on 10 August 2026.
The new licensing model
The new licensing model offers more customisable options regarding data resolution and retention periods.
Emonios are supplied with the ‘Default’ tariff or, in the case of a first-time order, with the ‘Test’ tariff.
Customers can then choose the tariff that suits them best and purchase it from the Emonio Shop.
As before, a reminder will be sent by email one month before the license expires; the license will never be automatically renewed.
If a license is not renewed, the "Default" tariff will automatically come into effect.

FAQ
All customers who currently hold an active licence will retain it on the same terms until the end of the current term. To this end, the ‘Standard’ tariff will be assigned to Emonio.
The prices for the various packages depend on the amount of data and how long it is stored. Due to the storage crisis and the resulting rise in the cost of storage space, we too have had to adjust our prices again after a long time.
